Week three of lockdown training and the Senior Elite Squad are replicating a typical swimming week at home. With AM and PM workouts with similar intensity to that in the water we are covering morning runs and A1 walks plus threshold bike rides. In the afternoons swimmers complete gruelling plyometric circuits and resistance cord stroke specific type sessions. Check out the clubs Instagram page for more details.

Paralympic Gold Medalist Returns To Bournemouth

Congratulations to swimmer Alice Tai S10 who has been coached by Zoe Baker over the past five years. Alice competed in the rio Paralympics where were became Paralympic champion and World Record Holder in the 4 x 100 Medley Relay and Bronze medalist in the 100m Backstroke.
